Placing Your Order
Call us any time
to place your order. Our normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. You may also fax or email
your order or contact a Sales Representative to set up access to
our full-service wholesale website. To expedite ordering, have
the following information ready: item number, description and
quantity of each item. If you are a California customer, provide
your resale tax identification number at the time of ordering.
We cannot ship orders within California without a valid resale
certificate on file. All retail orders are subject to sales tax
and must be placed via our website. Unfortunately, being a small
company, we are not able to provide free samples. We
would, however, be happy to sell you individual products to test
and credit half of your purchase toward your first order.
Order Minimums & Volume Discounts
A $250 minimum is
required for first-time orders and $100 on subsequent orders.
Any order under the required minimum is subject to a $30
small-order processing fee. All volume discounting is granted on
a case-by-case basis. Discuss your order with a Sales
Representative to determine pricing. hydra ships with UPS.
We charge you exactly the amount that UPS charges us for
your shipment (including all taxes and surcharges). Our shipping
averages 10-12% depending on the density of the product.
Expedited and Special Requests
To expedite your
order, we can ship via UPS 1-, 2- or 3-day air. You are
responsible for additional freight charges. A $10 service fee is
charged on all USPS and FedEx shipments. You must make an
appointment with a Sales Representative to pick up a will-call
order. Will call orders will be ready according to our standard
order-processing times. Add-ons received after our shipping
department has processed an order will be treated as a new
order, and will incur additional shipping charges.
Payment Terms
First-time orders
must be prepaid with a company check or by credit card. hydra
accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by
check, allow up to 10 days for check clearance before your order
will ship. Please add 15% to your order to cover shipping
charges. Credit balances are applied to future orders or
refunded upon request.
Returns and Credits
All sales of bath
products are final. Should you receive product that has been
damaged in shipping, we will be happy to issue a refund, credit
or replacement, whichever you prefer. Please inspect all
incoming shipments. We recommend that you do not accept any
shipments with visible exterior damage.
Credit Applications
hydra will consider applications for credit only from companies that have
been in business more than one year. Please submit your credit
references to apply for terms. Overdue accounts will be charged
1.5% interest per month (18% per annum). In the event an
account comes past due, the debtor agrees to pay all attorney &
court costs necessary for collection. No orders will be shipped
to accounts with overdue balances.
